For Families of In-Person Students:
Very Important: Prior to arriving everyday, it is very important that you complete the student screening. Please complete the screening at home and not when driving or waiting in the carline.
Please show a screenshot on the phone or a printout of the confirmation page when your student gets dropped off. The confirmation page exists as a link after you submit the student screening. You may submit the student screening multiple times. To see how it works, please submit one at any time so you can see the questions and see what the confirmation page looks like at the end.
The student screening needs to be done everyday before the student can enter campus.
Families may arrive in person to drop-off and pick-up their students. You do not need to come in a car. There will be marked spots on the ground to help parents and guardians keep good social distancing.
It is OK for a Grade 3-5 student to ride their bicycle to school. However, cycling to school is not recommended. This is primarily because students may overheat and the results of the temperature scan may have the student return home for a 10-day quarantine or a negative COVID-19 test result. Student cyclists must also present proof of the student screener certification (printout) everyday.
For pickup at 2:00 PM, please place a sheet of paper or placard on your dashboard or passenger-side window containing your student's grade, first name and last name. Please print or write this as large and legibly as possible.
